Hatch is hiring a Graduate Process Engineer to support the growth of our Energy sector business. This role offers work that is varied and stimulating, executing real value added from day one. In addition to client exposure, you'll gain experience across a broad range of process engineering disciplines and project types. We commit to developing engineers through comprehensive training, mentorship, and regular performance reviews.
Our Professional Development Program (PDP) supports Chartership, technical skill building, and global networking opportunities.
- Receive mentorship from leading minds in the industry.
- Gain project experience in London and internationally.
- Collaborate across diverse cultures within our global organization.
- Participate in local PDP initiatives focused on professional growth and social engagement.
- Master's degree in Chemical Engineering (minimum 2:1).
- Legal authorization to work in the UK.
- Up to 24 months of relevant work experience would be an asset.
- Strong collaboration skills within multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for process engineering and commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Excellent communication and report‑writing abilities.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
