- OTE based on productivity: 4 jobs per day → £48,000 per year
- 5 jobs per day → £60,000+ per year
- Ongoing work on the Openreach network
- Support to gain missing accreditations
- Clear progression to fully accredited engineer

Providers >- FTTP / Fibre / Broadband engineering experience
- Openreach or alternative network experience
- Telecoms background (current or previous)
- Able to work independently in the field
