We're looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join a leading facilities management company on a high-profile corporate contract in Central London. The building is a modern blue‑chip site with a strong engineering team and excellent working conditions.
Responsibilities- Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a corporate office environment
- Working on FCUs, AHUs, pumps, motors, valves, and general mechanical systems
- Supporting HVAC and plumbing maintenance as required
- Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards
- A background in mechanical, HVAC, or plumbing maintenance
- Experience working within commercial or blue‑chip environments
Good understanding of building services systems and fault‑finding - Relevant mechanical qualifications and a proactive attitude
