Our Flow & Spill team plays a vital role in delivering exceptional performance across storm overflows, pass forward flow compliance, storm storage optimisation, and network performance. Were looking for a Technical Team Leader to help us drive forward our environmental performance and compliance. As a Technical Team Leader Flow & Spill , you will:
Lead and support a team of technical specialists focused on flow and spill performance Provide scientific, technical, and operational direction for flow and spill-related assets Analyse and interpret operational data to identify risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement Develop and track action plans to ensure compliance with environmental permits and internal performance targets Collaborate with operational teams, asset management, permitting, and regulatory teams to align strategies and deliver improvements Represent Yorkshire Water in audits and site visits with the Environment Agency Support the development and implementation of management systems and procedures Coach and mentor team members, fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture What skills & qualifications you will need:
