About the Role
You’ll report directly to the Head of Finance and lead a high‑performing team across FP&A, financial control, and transactional finance. You’ll drive transformation, oversee budgeting and forecasting, and deliver insightful commercial analysis to senior stakeholders. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll influence decision‑making and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop finance teams across FP&A, financial control, and transactional finance
- Design and innovate financial analytics, KPIs, and forecasting processes
- Oversee financial control and reporting across EMEA
- Drive operational efficiencies and finance transformation initiatives
- Partner with senior leadership to provide deep financial insights and commercial analysis
- Own annual budgeting and forecasting processes
- Support audit and annual accounts production
- Qualified Accountant (7+ years post‑qualified)
- Strong FP&A experience (5+ years)
- Proven track record leading finance functions in professional services
- Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify complex financial data
- High analytical capability and commercial acumen
- Leadership experience with a focus on team development
