Salary: c.£85,000 - £95,000 plus bonus and benefits including 10% pension contribution

The business is actively growing its student housing portfolio and is seeking an experienced Investment Manager to play a key role in driving performance and value creation.

• Lead investment transactions from origination through to execution
• Build and deliver asset and marketing strategies to optimise income and value
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and reporting
• Drive cashflow enhancement and asset repositioning initiatives
• Work closely with property managers, advisors, and external stakeholders
• Produce market intelligence to support portfolio strategy

• 8+ years’ experience in real estate investment and/or asset management
• Strong financial modelling and commercial acumen
• Solid understanding of global real estate markets
• Proactive, analytical, and comfortable operating autonomously

• Mid‑Senior level
