Responsibilities
  • Provide expert mortgage advice on a range of whole of market mortgage products.
  • Work with a steady stream of high-quality leads sourced from internal divisions, referrals, and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term success.
  • Manage your own diary, offering a flexible approach to client meetings.
  • Keep up to date with market trends and lending criteria to provide the best solutions.
  • Ensure all regulatory and compliance standards are met.
  • Work collaboratively with the administration and compliance teams to ensure smooth case progression.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Mortgage Broker, with a strong track record of advising on complex cases.
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to nurture long-term client connections.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own diary effectively.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: up to £40,000 basic + uncapped commission.
  • Commission: tiered structure up to 30%.
  • Working hours:

    Monday to Friday, 9 am - 6 pm.
  • Flexible hybrid working – manage your own schedule to meet client needs.
