Responsibilities- Provide expert mortgage advice on a range of whole of market mortgage products.
- Work with a steady stream of high-quality leads sourced from internal divisions, referrals, and partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term success.
- Manage your own diary, offering a flexible approach to client meetings.
- Keep up to date with market trends and lending criteria to provide the best solutions.
- Ensure all regulatory and compliance standards are met.
- Work collaboratively with the administration and compliance teams to ensure smooth case progression.
- Proven experience as a Mortgage Broker, with a strong track record of advising on complex cases.
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to nurture long-term client connections.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own diary effectively.
- Salary: up to £40,000 basic + uncapped commission.
- Commission: tiered structure up to 30%.
- Working hours:
Monday to Friday, 9 am - 6 pm. - Flexible hybrid working – manage your own schedule to meet client needs.
