The Spa Therapist position performs a variety of treatments according to established Four Seasons protocols, reads guests and customises treatments based on needs and preferences. The role is responsible for creating an environment of pure peace and relaxation for all spa guests. This position will be offered on an on‑call / casual basis.

• Recognised beauty therapy / massage qualification with previous experience in a five‑star spa environment – NVQ level 2 or 3, CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC, OND or HND, VTCT, City & Guilds.
• Excellent understanding of client care and five‑star treatment standards.
• Genuine interest in holistic spa treatments.
• Ability to work as part of a dedicated and passionate team.
• Good level of written and spoken English.
• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Strong organisational skills, solid computer skills and a hospitality spirit.
• Previous customer experience and ability to work effectively under pressure.
