Sr Rotational Pharmacy Technician

Overview

Join Central Middlesex Hospital as a registered Pharmacy Technician. You will support our dynamic, innovative team across a range of patient services and pharmacy management activities.

• Patient Services – In‑patients & Out‑patients
• Medicines Management
• Stores, Distribution & Omnicell

• Deliver a high‑quality pharmaceutical service for inpatients, ensuring patients adhere to their treatment plans.
• Participate in weekend and late duties as per rota.
• Lead and supervise staff as requested by senior technicians, including production of weekly rotas and workload organization.
• Support homecare medicines management services and manage homecare specialist areas.
• Process requests for new medicines according to policies, order goods, store and distribute them in line with best practice and RPS guidance.

• Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
• Enthusiastic, motivated, patient‑oriented and dedicated to teamwork and personal development.
• Completed a recognised medicines management course (e.g., Certificate in Medicines Management (CMMPT) or Medicines Optimisation Programme).
