Overview

Graduate Recruitment Consultant – January Start. A boutique recruitment firm specialising in headhunting top finance professionals for Investment Banks and Hedge Funds. This role is with RULE Recruitment, recruiting for a finance-focused client base.

• Networking with clients to understand their hiring needs
• Stakeholder management
• Become an expert in the Hedge Fund / Investment Banking space
• Outreach to potential candidates via headhunting, adverts and networking
• Guide candidates throughout the interview process
• Negotiate contracts and salaries

• £27.5k base salary
• OTE £50k
• Uncapped commission on top of your base salary
• Incentives including reward trips to Ibiza, lunch clubs, and bonuses
• Route to Associate Director

• Any degree 2:1 and above
• Financially motivated
• Great communicators who can build strong relationships
• People with a competitive background, or leadership experience
• Confident and not shy of the occasional cold call
