This is an exciting opportunity for someone with drive, confidence, and excellent people skills who wants to build a long-term career in a fast-paced, high-growth industry. No recruitment experience is required - full training and ongoing support will be provided. Experience working in sales, customer service is essential for this role.

• Building strong relationships with schools, colleges, and education professionals
• Managing vacancies and matching candidates to the right roles
• Handling the end-to-end recruitment cycle - from advertising roles to managing placements
• Growing and maintaining your own client base
• Delivering exceptional service to both candidates and clients
• Working towards targets and earning great commission along the way

• A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Someone driven, resilient, and eager to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• A positive attitude and a passion for helping others succeed
• Previous sales, customer service, or education experience is beneficial but not essential
