Senior HR Business Partner - City Law Firm, London / Hybrid - up to £83k + benefits
Our client, a leading City Law Firm, is looking for a CIPD qualified Senior HR Business Partner / HR Manager, preferably with a legal or professional services background, to join their HR department.
Reporting to the Head of HR, the Senior HR Business Partner will provide a full range of generalist HR and strategic and operational BP support, working closely with an allocated practice area and business support teams.
Acting as a trusted advisor, the Human Resources / People BP will provide support and advice to client groups on matters such as change management, organisational design, talent management, ER and performance management.
As a CIPD qualified professional, you will be comfortable providing advice and guidance to internal clients and you will know how to add value to the HR team. You will need to have both operational and strategic experience and be able to demonstrate working with senior management on a range of HR and ER issues. The ability to gain trust and confidence quickly is paramount, as is the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
