NetSuite ERP Developer

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Technical Net Suite Developer to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on the implementation, customization, and support of Net Suite ERP solutions for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Suite Script, Suite Flow, and Net Suite development best practices, as well as a solid understanding of business processes within Net Suite.

• Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions within our Net Suite environments, including Suite Script (1.0 & 2.0), Suite Flow, Suite Talk, and Suite Builder.
• Work closely with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Customize and extend Net Suite to meet specific business needs (e.g., custom workflows, records, forms, and dashboards).
• Develop and maintain integrations between Net Suite and third‑party applications.
• Assist in the creation of reports, saved searches, and data analysis to support decision making.
• Perform unit testing, code reviews, and debugging to ensure the stability and performance of the Net Suite system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Net Suite integrations, performance, and user functionality.
• Provide support for Net Suite users, answering technical queries and providing training where needed.
• Ensure proper documentation of all customizations, workflows, and integrations to support compliance.
• Maintain and refine development standards, branching strategies, environment strategies, deployment processes and development workflows.
• Collaborate with other system owners and business stakeholders on cross‑functional technology projects, representing the Net Suite technical perspective.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Preferred Net Suite certifications:
  Application Developer, Web Services Developer, Suite Cloud Developer,
• Other Net Suite certifications are an advantage (Administrator, ERP Consultant etc.)
• Net Suite Development: In-depth experience with Suite Script (1.0 & 2.0), Suite Flow, Suite Talk, Suite Builder, and other Net Suite tools (min. 3 years)
• ERP Systems: Strong understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and workflows, especially within Net Suite.
• Integration

  Hands‑on experience integrating Net Suite with third‑party systems and external APIs. Experience with Boomi, Mulesoft or other integration platform preferred.
• Database Knowledge: Solid understanding of relational databases and experience working with saved searches, SQL and Suite Analytics Connect.
• Customization: Expertise in developing customizations within native Net Suite processes (Record to Report, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, etc.)
• Problem‑Solving: Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills to resolve complex issues within the Net Suite platform.
• Version Control: Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git).
• Agile Methodology: Familiarity with Agile development practices and working in an Agile environment.
