We’re seeking a UX Writer to join our team in ’s Hotel Business Unit. You’ll play a crucial role in enhancing the user experience by creating compelling and user-friendly copy for new features. Your ability to effectively write from a user-focused perspective will be essential to this role. This is an in‑house position located in London, Berlin, or Shanghai.

• Write clear, concise, and engaging UX copy for new features, ensuring it aligns with the brand voice and tone
• Revise and improve existing copy on the platform to enhance user experience and overall product quality
• Collaborate closely with product managers, business development teams, and developers to ensure requirements are met
• Demonstrate a strong product design sense, identifying design flaws and suggesting creative solutions through copy

• Native English speaker with working proficiency in Mandarin Chinese
• Experience in UX writing and a portfolio of past work are a plus
• Based in London, Berlin, or Shanghai, or willing to relocate. We offer relocation options for successful candidates.
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to follow tone of voice guidelines and translate user insights into intuitive experiences
• Strong knowledge of UX writing best practices
