You will be a key leader in this group, serving as the bridge between strategic business needs and technical execution.
    • The Regional Performance Management Team: This team serves as the "boots on the ground," leveraging the tools you help to create to drive business performance.
    • The Analytics Operations Team: This team formalizes and automates established analytical processes, ensuring the long‑term stability and scalability of the tools and algorithms you help to develop.

The role offers a unique opportunity to directly influence the entire analytical value chain, from initial exploration and strategic guidance to scalable implementation and on‑the‑ground impact.

    Personal Abilities:

    • Intellectual Humility: The ability to provide an initial, rapid analysis with the understanding that more detailed investigation may be needed. You know when to hand off a problem and when to collaborate for a more robust solution.
    • Resilience & Adaptability: You thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment and are comfortable with a certain degree of ambiguity. You can pivot quickly between high‑level strategic tasks and detailed, hands‑on work.
