As a Senior Product Manager , you will be responsible for driving the delivery of key pillars of our enterprise‑grade AI product roadmap, turning strategic business goals and customer needs into a clear, prioritised plan.

You will translate complex technical capabilities (models, data pipelines, integrations) into product features that deliver measurable ROI for global insurers, and measure success with adoption, retention, and business‑impact metrics.

Senior PMs lead cross‑functional execution with Engineering, Data Science, Design, and Customer‑Success teams to ship reliable, scalable solutions on time. You will ensure products meet enterprise requirements for security, privacy, compliance, and integration, and partner with sales and customer success on pilots, pricing, and GTM enablement.

This role will give you the opportunity to mentor other PMs, run user‑centered experiments, and continuously iterate to drive adoption and long‑term value for customers, all while championing a Product‑led culture within Sprout.ai.

• Product Vision and Road mapping - Define and communicate a clear vision for your product pillars, crafting a near‑term product roadmap that aligns with the broader team and company goals
• Feature Specification - Effectively gather requirements and craft detailed specifications for complex product features, working with stakeholders and technical teams to understand feasibility, effort, internationalisation etc
• Product Delivery - Understand technical and design trade‑offs, and work with your team to find creative solutions that strike the right balance between speed and quality. You know how to motivate your team to push through challenges, and do whatever it takes to get your project out the door
• Voice of the Customer - You foster a close relationship with users of the product, and leverage feedback from multiple sources to help prioritise roadmap decisions, whilst balancing that with company goals
• Fluency with Data - Formulate the right business questions that should be asked, and then how to track down data that can inform a decision. You can connect project‑level outcomes to key metrics that drive your product area, and that are meaningful outcomes for the business
• Stakeholder Management - Build buy‑in and support for your projects from senior managers both within Sprout and with our customers; manage expectations, predict feedback, and exceed expectations
• Mentorship - Actively seek opportunities to provide support and advice to more junior members of the team, helping them to more effectively deliver on project goals
• Product Champion - Act as a champion for Product‑led decision‑making within Sprout, embedding a Product‑led culture and driving enthusiasm for our product capabilities

• Enterprise SaaS Product Management experience - can draw on previous experience building complex software products which solve big problems for enterprise organisations
• Startup experience - has proven they can operate in a fast‑moving environment where problems remain to be solved
• Proven experience of leading Backend‑heavy product work - able to lead teams of backend engineers and data scientists in product development work; understands deeply technical concepts associated with development of architecture, integration, and scalability of AI products
• Demonstrated ability to define and deliver large‑scale, technically sophisticated products from concept to launch
• Skilled in using data to inform product decisions - comfortable with metrics, experimentation, and outcome‑driven prioritisation
• Strong communication and storytelling skills - communicates clearly, creates compelling collateral, presents well, builds relationships, documents effectively
• Excellent stakeholder management skills - gains buy‑in, manages expectations, and delights customers whenever they can

• Knowledge and understanding of the Insurance sector, and the key pain points experienced by Claims teams
• Experience building AI products
