Job Description
We are looking to hire a Marketing Automation Manager (remote, UK) for our Fitness & Wellbeing vertical. This role is part of the Revenue Operations team and reports to the Revenue Operations Manager, Insights. You will architect our marketing automation engine through Pardot lead nurturing, campaign workflow design, and data management between Pardot, Salesforce, and Word Press. You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to develop, deploy, and track automated marketing interactions.
Responsibilities- Scale marketing automation by building and designing campaign workflows (lead scoring across Pardot and Salesforce, A/B testing, nurture campaigns, email blasts, unique calls to action, embedding forms).
- Define and document functional and technical requirements for executing, deploying, managing, tracking, and measuring automated campaigns.
- Perform quantitative planning, tracking, and performance measurement of marketing activities across platforms.
- Report on and optimize marketing campaigns.
- Drive demand generation programs across multiple channels including webinars, emails, content syndication, digital marketing, and events as needed.
- Streamline data collection and lead assignments.
- Set up and seamlessly pass custom value strings across emails, forms, and landing pages.
- Work cross-functionally across different departments.
- Consistently seek out best practices and new, innovative ideas.
- Experience with B2B marketing programs (Salesforce, Pardot, Hubspot, Zapier, Gravity Forms, etc.).
- Logical and technical thinker – likes to build processes and solve problems.
- Excellent attention to detail and organization skills.
- Pardot certification preferred.
- Experience using Salesforce.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript preferred.
- Experience creating multi-channel campaigns.
- Self-starter, willing to roll up your sleeves and do the work.
