Backend Engineer (on-site/London) - up to £260k
A high-growth blockchain infrastructure company is building the next generation of ultra-fast trading and digital asset platforms, and were looking for an exceptional Backend Engineer to join the London team onsite.

What You'll Do:- Design and develop backend systems powering high-frequency trading and crypto platforms
- Build performance-critical APIs, order matching engines, and real-time data pipelines
- Collaborate with trading, quant, and blockchain teams to deliver low-latency infrastructure
- Optimize system performance, scalability, and throughput
- Contribute to cutting-edge blockchain and digital asset technology
- 5+ years of backend engineering experience in trading, HFT, or crypto systems
- Deep expertise in C++, Rust, Go, or Java or similar
- Strong understanding of multithreading, concurrency, and distributed architectures
- Experience with market data, order execution, or exchange connectivity
- Interest or experience in blockchain and decentralized technologies
