Your new role:

Join us in a pivotal role where you will lead our journey in optimizing and expanding our Service Now platform.

You will be at the forefront of delivering for the business, rolling out new processes, features, and improvements across various Service Now modules such as ITSM, CSM, ITOM, FSM, and Domain Separation.

What you’ll need to succeed:

* Ability to gain and maintain SC clearance and familiarity with public sector workloads

* Proven experience designing and governing secure Service Now environments, including Sovereign 365 or UK-data-resident instances

* Deep knowledge and experience in designing and implementing Service Now solutions, particularly in ITSM, CSM, ITOM, FSM, and Domain Separation.

* Expertise in web technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services) and familiarity with tools like Excel and Visio.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and lead development teams.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
