The team is hiring a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to help design, build, and maintain the critical systems infrastructure that supports the rapidly growing fibre network.

• Maintain, configure, and ensure the reliability of hypervisor platforms, virtual machines, containers, and bare-metal systems
• Deploy new infrastructure and services in line with internal security, operational, and performance standards
• Automate recurring tasks and develop tooling that improves visibility and consistency across environments
• Manage monitoring and observability tooling to ensure proactive incident response
• Participate in an on-call rota to support incident handling and resolution
• Produce high-quality documentation and technical diagrams

• Strong experience administering Linux/Unix systems (Red Hat and Debian-based), and working knowledge of Windows Server/Desktop environments
• Proficiency in scripting with Bash, Power Shell, and Ansible;
  Python experience is a plus
• Familiarity with virtualisation platforms, containerisation, and orchestration tools
• Experience with monitoring stacks (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK)
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues using a structured, methodical approach
• Excellent written and visual communication skills; able to produce clear documentation and diagrams
• Highly organised and capable of juggling multiple priorities
