Technical Scrum Lead

• Guide high‑performing teams in delivering technology products and projects aligned with business goals.
• Facilitate planning, continuous improvement, and process adaptation to ensure quality outcomes.
• Promote continuous learning and a strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles while adapting processes to evolving customer and business needs.
• Collaborate with product owners and management to define priorities and balance short‑ and long‑term trade‑offs.
• Ensure effective use of agile frameworks across development and architecture efforts.
• Lead daily scrum meetings, iteration reviews, and maintain backlogs.
• Provide hands‑on support to remove obstacles and support projects and other assigned duties.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience;
  Computer Science or Engineering preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years leading cross‑functional technology teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies;
  Scrum/Agile certification preferred.
• Experience with JIRA and a high‑level working knowledge of websites.
• Financial services and technical experience preferred.
