Location: Remote (with occasional client site travel - London)

Contract: 3 months initially

Rate: 500 per day (Inside IR35)

• Active SC Clearance or eligibility for SC is essential.

We are seeking a Sharepoint Consultant to support a UK government document management project. The role involves reviewing existing Share Point and Confluence environments, advising on best practices for document storage and sharing, and implementing guidelines through restructuring and migration of documents.

This is not a specifically technical role but requires strong understanding of business needs to ensure effective document organisation and compliance with new policies.

• Review current document storage and collaboration setup in SharePoint and Confluence.
• Advise on optimal structure for saving and sharing documents.
• Develop and implement guidelines for document management.
• Restructure and migrate documents in line with agreed policies.
• Ensure alignment with business requirements and stakeholder expectations.

• Active SC Clearance preferably
• Experience with Share Point and Confluence administration or content management.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical document management solutions.
• Previous consulting experience in similar projects is desirable.
