Overview Chambers and Partners is seeking a hands‑on QA Lead to take ownership of automation test coverage across key Research projects, including initiatives involving AI implementation.

In this leadership role, you’ll mentor a team of QA engineers and play a central part in ensuring the quality, accuracy, and performance of our data‑driven products.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Lead and execute automation testing for critical Research initiatives

Manage, mentor, and support the growth of QA engineers (manual and automation)

Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development planning

Champion a culture of quality, ownership, and continuous improvement

Oversee and enhance onboarding processes for new QA team members

Skills and Experience

  • Strong experience in manual and automated testing of web and mobile applications. Proficient in automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium).
  • Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, REST‑assured). Strong working knowledge on CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git Lab CI, Azure Dev Ops).
  • Experience with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Test Rail, Zephyr).
  • Good knowledge and implementation skills on Test automation.
  • Good knowledge of SDLC processes.
