We’re looking for a marketer who’s hungry to learn, eager to grow, and ready to turn big ideas into measurable impact. This is a chance to work hands-on across go-to-market strategy, campaigns, and content — while shaping how next-generation financial technology is understood and adopted. The role is based on site in London 3 days per week.

What you’ll do
  • Build and own the go-to-market strategy for our financial crime and fintech solutions – from positioning to pipeline-driving activity
  • Create and refine customer personas and messaging frameworks that resonate with compliance teams, risk leaders, and executive stakeholders
  • Develop and run multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns, including targeted strategies for high-value prospects in complex regulatory environments
  • Craft engaging content and resources — from thought leadership to educational assets — that position Vyntra as a trusted voice in fintech innovation
  • Translate complex AI analytics and data science capabilities into clear, actionable narratives for both technical and business audiences
  • Work closely with Product and Sales to align messaging, support solution launches, and maximise impact in the market
  • Support colleagues across demand generation, testing and optimising campaigns to improve results
Who you are
  • 2–5 years’ B2B marketing experience, targeting fintech, payments, SaaS, or regulated industries (financial crime/AML/transaction monitoring a BIG plus)
  • Strong communicator and storyteller with a knack for turning technical detail into business value
  • Hands‑on and commercially minded — you enjoy executing as much as shaping strategy
  • Curious, adaptable, and motivated to grow with a fast‑moving business
  • Comfortable working with data and metrics to guide decisions
