Accessibility Specialist
Enable All is a high-growth B2B SaaS technology company on a mission to open the web to everyone. We help e‑commerce brands grow inclusively and safely by making their websites accessible to people with disabilities and neurodiversities, in line with global standards.

- Product
Collaboration:
Work with the IT team on the design of our accessibility product and included features. Ensure testing processes follow the latest accessibility rules and keep the team updated on any regulatory changes. - Accessibility Strategy:
Review how our product currently meets accessibility guidelines, identify gaps, and suggest improvements. Recommend ways to go beyond the minimum standards and shape new features with accessibility in mind. - Content &
Education:
Create easy‑to‑understand materials that explain accessibility guidelines to clients. Develop training guides, product manuals, and thought leadership content to position Enable All as a trusted authority. - Client Support:
Carry out accessibility reviews for customers, give practical recommendations, and advise them on how Enable All can support their compliance efforts.
- Detailed understanding of WCAG guidelines
- Experience in accessibility consulting, audits, or product-related roles
- Strong ability to translate technical standards into practical, business‑friendly guidance
- Hands‑on experience with accessibility testing tools and methodologies
- Interest in accessibility, digital inclusion, or DEI‑focused sectors
- Experience working within SaaS environments
- Familiarity with Shopify or other e‑commerce platforms
- Involvement in accessibility policy‑setting
- Product development or UX background
- A leading role in shaping accessibility strategy and building impactful features.
