• Formulate and define scope and objectives for the product deliverables with thorough understanding of business processes in a specific business domain.
• Serve as Blockchain, DLT solutions expert to build digital asset servicing capabilities in partnership with business teams and technology, including designing and delivering pilots.
• Design and build future state business architecture to support new and existing Blockchain, DLT use cases.
• Evaluate different Blockchain protocols/platforms to explore solution alternatives, serving as a trusted advisor to deliver blockchain based solutions.
• Provide guidance on blockchain, DLT capabilities and determine the best path forward factoring in feasibility, maturity of solutions, cost, and time to market.
• Work with stakeholders and SMEs to analyse, define, and prioritize business requirements, functional specifications across Legal, Compliance, Technology, and Operations.

• Relevant experience working in payments, fintech, and/or financial services.
• Deep technical understanding of leading blockchain protocols, strengths and gaps.
• Experience in product design and development with strong technical aptitude in developing new products.
• Execution focused, with experience working with multi‑disciplinary teams comprising product managers, designers, and engineers.
• Strong communication skills, with ability to gather requirements across cross‑functional partners.
