Ki Technology Services is offering a fast-paced and highly visible opportunity for a graduate to join our team as a Service Transition Support Analyst on a temporary basis. This is an entry level role for someone looking to gain hands‑on experience in technology operations, governance, and stakeholder coordination within a transformation-driven environment. You’ll be at the heart of our Acceptance into Service (AiS) process, which ensures that applications transitioning from our Transformation programme are fully embedded into live operational ownership.

This is a service-focused role requiring excellent organisational skills, stakeholder engagement, and a proactive mindset to drive progress and meet tight deadlines.

• Stakeholder Engagement:
  Build strong working relationships with Delivery Managers and teams across Info Sec, Application Support, Infrastructure, and Governance. You’ll understand our AiS process and requirements and work collaboratively to ensure applications meet the necessary standards.
• Requirements Management:
  Apply the AiS framework and criteria to assess applications, ensuring requirements are clearly defined and agreed with Delivery Managers. You’ll be responsible for loading these into Jira, tracking progress, and following up with teams to accelerate delivery where needed.
• Governance and Reporting:
  Maintain a centralised tracker of application statuses and provide regular updates to senior stakeholders, including the Technology Services Director. You’ll attend twice-weekly controls calls and facilitate review meetings, ensuring actions are documented and followed through.
• Meeting Coordination and Facilitation:
  Organise and lead regular cadence meetings with stakeholders to review progress, resolve blockers, and negotiate turnaround times. You’ll need to be confident in managing competing priorities and driving accountability across teams.
• Remediation and Transition Support:
  Conduct a full review of ~106 applications, identifying gaps in compliance and working with teams to remediate issues. You’ll support the transition of 51 remaining applications into service, ensuring all documentation and ownership evidence is complete and audit‑ready.

• A comprehensive review and status report of all applications transition status.
• A remediation plan and execution for non‑compliant applications.
