Net Suite Systems Administrator

Location:

London – Hybrid – One day a week onsite

Salary: £80,000 – £85,000

Our client is a PE-backed global Net Suite user currently expanding their internal systems team. They are in the midst of a global systems rollout and are looking for an experienced Net Suite Administrator who can hit the ground running and support their international Net Suite project. You will be working with their finance team to assist with the rollouts from a best practice Net Suite standpoint.

• Support the global Net Suite rollout, ensuring new regions and business units are onboarded smoothly and in line with best-practice configuration.
• Work closely with the finance team to understand requirements, streamline processes, and translate needs into effective Net Suite solutions.
• Configure and maintain Net Suite modules, including forms, fields, workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, and user roles/permissions.
• Identify system enhancements and opportunities for optimisation, recommending improvements to support scalability and standardisation during the global rollout.
• Maintain strong documentation.
• User training.

• 3-4 years + Net Suite experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Net Suite administration, including workflows, custom fields, forms, roles/permissions, saved searches, reports, and dashboards.
• Experience supporting Net Suite One World and multi-subsidiary environments.
• Experience working on system rollouts, implementations.
• Core financial exposure (O2C, R2R, P2P).
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth, PE-backed environments where priorities evolve quickly.
