In this role, you’ll provide hands-on technical assistance, monitor service levels, and collaborate with multiple departments to continuously improve our products and solutions. WhatYou’ll Do
- Provide technical support to direct customers and partners.
- Manage and track service requests, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Analyze returned or faulty products, identify technical issues, and collaborate with the other departments for corrective actions.
- Contribute to product and service improvements through technical feedback and reporting.
- Keep customer interactions and cases updated in our CRM system.
- Technical background (engineering, IT, electronics, or similar).
- Understanding of GRMS, ESM, and IPTV systems.
- Basic knowledge of product repair and testing processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Customer-oriented and proactive mindset.
- Ability to manage time and priorities effectively.
- Flexibility and openness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
