To guide banks through the adoption of enterprise SaaS by applying deep understanding of end-to-end architectures - from legacy platforms to modern SaaS - and bringing architectural insight to client engagements from presales through implementation.

To articulate the business value of Zafin’s platform within the context of each bank’s end-to-end architecture.

To work collaboratively across the Zafin ecosystem, and in partnership with customers and industry partners, ensuring that proposed solutions are technically sound, strategically aligned, and support the customer’s business objectives and modernization roadmap.

• Enhance Customer Value Through Strategic Engagement and Innovation - Partner with clients and prospects to understand business priorities and co-create architectural roadmaps that demonstrate an understanding of the end-to-end and the value of Zafin’s platform. Be a trusted advisor by combining deep technical insight with business acumen.
• Drive Enterprise SaaS Solution Architecture Excellence - Provide end-to-end architectural guidance, from legacy transformation to SaaS adoption, collaborating to design and communicate technically robust and strategically aligned solutions.
• Foster High-Performing, Cross-Functional Collaboration - Contribute to a culture of technical excellence and shared ownership across engineering, product, and implementation teams. Mentor solution architects and engineers, champion best practices, and ensure cohesive collaboration across teams.

• Strong technical foundation in the context of the domain, including core banking systems, modernization, pricing and billing, in retail, corporate, and commercial banking.
• Design scalable, secure, reliable systems across platforms, including microservices, APIs, integration frameworks. Integrate disparate systems, managing data flows, and ensuring interoperability across applications and services.
• Proficiency in software design principles, CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and automation tools to support efficient solution delivery.
• Knowledge of identity management, encryption, and regulatory standards (e.g., SOC 2, GDPR, ISO 27001) to ensure solutions meet compliance and data protection requirements.
• Produce clear architecture design documents that guide development teams and maintain technical integrity.
