Senior Business Analyst​/Project Lead

You'll drive delivery of strategic technology initiatives that strengthen operational performance and regulatory compliance. Acting as a key interface between business and technology teams, you'll shape solutions, manage end-to-end project execution, and serve as a subject matter expert across platforms such as Oracle Flexcube, OPICS, ERP, and Bloomberg TOMS.,

• Lead business analysis and project delivery across banking and treasury platforms.
• Define business and functional requirements; develop process, data, and system solutions.
• Manage full project life cycles, including planning, governance, and vendor oversight.
• Support UAT, configuration, and system validation activities.
• Partner with data teams to deliver analytics and BI solutions (OBIEE/OAS).
• Mentor and guide junior analysts, contributing to a high-performing change team.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Flexcube, OPICS, or Bloomberg TOMS.
• Expertise in stakeholder management, documentation, and structured delivery methods (Agile/Waterfall).
• Skilled in Jira, SharePoint, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Familiar with data warehousing, ETL, and BI frameworks.
