Location: City of Westminster
A leading law firm in the UK seeks an IT Service Desk Manager to oversee the IT support team and ensure high-quality service delivery. You will lead and develop a team of Service Desk Analysts, monitor ticket management, and implement service improvement strategies. Ideal candidates will have experience in managing IT service desks, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills. Familiarity with ITSM tools and ITIL principles is preferred.
