SAP FICO Business Integrator SME - Principal Consultant

Requirements The role

As a SME, you will perform the following tasks.

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP FICO processes across Finance and Controlling domains and integration with sales, supply chain, and operations systems.
• Drive blueprinting, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis, etc.).
• Oversee integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, HR) and third‑party systems.
• Ensure adherence to governance, risk, and compliance standards.

• Have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem‑solving, and resilience
• Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in country’s official language(s) (C2 proficiency) and English (C2 proficiency), project‑related mobility/willingness to travel
• Have prior experience in the design and delivery of SAP FICO solutions in complex environments
• Have experience with SAP FICO business integration for consolidated reporting across multiple business units, channels, and geographies
• Act as the go‑to SME on SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, CO, COPA, AA, PCA) and business integration points with other SAP components

• 10+ years in management consulting or enterprise finance transformation, with 5+ years of hands‑on SAP FICO and Business Integration
• Expertise in SAP FICO configuration (GL, AP, AR, COPA, AA, Cost Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis, etc.)
• Familiarity with S/4 HANA Finance is highly desirable
