Running several integration projects at once, keeping things moving and working alongside project managers and the implementation team.

Communicating clearly with a wide range of clients some will have large in-house tech teams, others will rely on recruitment teams to roll things out. Youll need to explain technical integrations in a way that makes sense to everyone. Coordinating timelines, responsibilities and testing, making sure the integration workstream is delivered as agreed and within the project budget. Key Requirements Integration and analysis experience Someone who can understand business requirements and turn them into clear technical specifications.

Experience mapping data flows and documenting how systems should connect. Comfortable writing up detailed integration documentation.
