Product Design Engineer

We are looking for a unique individual who blends the curiosity of a product thinker, the precision of a UX designer, and the pragmatism of an engineer.

Our goal is to build a complex platform that connects two very different worlds: deeply technical users and business users. The bridge between them is design - thoughtful, intuitive, and technically grounded.

This role is not just about making things look good, but about making complex workflows feel natural. You will be responsible for seeing friction before users feel it, mapping journeys across screens, and bringing those designs to life in code.

• A designer who has learned to build and is not afraid to get their hands dirty
• A front end engineer who has fallen in love with UX and started thinking in user flows and wireframes
• Or someone with a nontraditional background who has carved out their own hybrid path between design and implementation

What matters most is that you care deeply about the experience. You can zoom in to perfect a single interaction, then zoom out to rethink the entire user journey.

• Identify UX issues before they become user complaints
• Design and build chat interfaces, dashboards, and smart workflows that actually help users do their job
• Balance simplicity and sophistication across a mixed user base
• Implement your own designs, not just mock them up
