Position: Technical Program manager II - Tech for Social Good (Building Tech Capacity)
Location: City of Westminster

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with lead program managers to deliver and manage Tech for Social Good Building Tech Capacity programs across EMEA Tech Center locations
  • Track progress, deliverables, and issues, and communicate ongoing project status updates
  • Analyze program data, report results, and share impact with stakeholders
  • Produce and deliver presentations and business cases to the team and key stakeholders
  • Leverage data analysis and survey feedback to plan for program innovation or expansion
  • Follow risk, controls, governance, and data protocols, escalating issues as needed
  • Showcase program impact through storytelling and partnership with communications/marketing
  • Engage and guide volunteers through training and ongoing support to achieve project goals
  • Manage relationships with nonprofit organizations and ensure successful program delivery
  • Build and facilitate communications with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support project resource, budget, and schedule management for efficient program execution
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and tools relevant to program scope
  • Travel domestically to support in-person program execution across EMEA
Qualifications
  • Stay highly organized and able to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment
  • Maintain strong attention to detail, follow-through, and results orientation
  • Exhibit strong relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; synthesize data and communicate compelling stories
  • Manage time effectively, prioritize, and elevate issues or risks appropriately
  • Work autonomously and collaborate strongly within a team
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
  • Support relationships with stakeholders, cross‑functional teams, and clients for project success
Preferred Qualifications , Capabilities, and Skills
  • Experience working with socially focused organizations such as nonprofits, social enterprises, or schools
  • Technical knowledge and experience with Salesforce or CRM tools
