A global asset manager is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for an initial 6‑month engagement working on a multi‑year Salesforce programme. The role is hybrid, with 2‑3 days working in the London City offices, budgeted for a 2‑year book of work, and offers the opportunity to work with a globally recognised, reputable asset‑management business.

A global investment manager is also seeking a Senior Business Analyst with expertise in Salesforce and institutional asset management to join a multi‑year CRM transformation programme. This role offers the opportunity to shape how Salesforce empowers Distribution, Marketing, Servicing, and Finance teams through enhanced functionality and data‑driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate across business units (Sales, Marketing, Servicing, Finance) to optimise CRM capabilities and processes.
  • Develop robust client and product data models within Salesforce for global scalability.
  • Produce high‑quality business change documentation and manage requirements using JIRA.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions to gather insights and drive consensus.
  • Work closely with cross‑functional teams (UX, Data, Engineering) to deliver tailored solutions.
What You’ll Bring
  • Extensive experience as a CRM/Salesforce Business Analyst gained within institutional asset management.
  • Strong understanding of client/product data models; familiarity with tools like Data Cloud or Tableau is a plus.
  • Proven ability to document processes using enterprise BPM systems and manage requirements via JIRA.
  • Exceptional communication skills to bridge technical teams and business users effectively.
  • Collaborative mindset with adaptability to manage multiple work streams in fast‑paced environments.
