As an Infrastructure Operations Lead, you'll undertake a comprehensive array of Dev Ops responsibilities, establishing standards and optimal practices. This encompasses owning and resolving live incidents, scrutinising live change requests, and evaluating their platform‑level impact. Effective management of both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, coupled with providing leadership and guidance to the team, is imperative. At this level of seniority, strategic prowess is crucial, along with the ability to pre‑empt potential issues and adeptly navigate resolutions.

Success in this role hinges on possessing a diverse skill set encompassing Linux, Kubernetes, Azure Cloud, Infrastructure as Code, and CI/CD workflows leveraging Azure Dev Ops or Jenkins. In addition, familiarity with Java applications and platforms based on microservices would be highly advantageous.
