SAP Program Manager; Consumer Goods

Next Ventures is looking for exceptional SAP leaders to drive large-scale transformation programmes within the Consumer industry and across other sectors. You’ll work with talented teams delivering innovative, cloud-based solutions for complex, high-profile projects.

Please note this is a full-time permanent position.

• Lead programme management on SAP transformations, ensuring strong governance and alignment with Consumer industry best practices.
• Manage large delivery teams to design end-to-end SAP solutions tailored to Consumer sector challenges, including supply chain, retail operations, and customer engagement.
• Use your knowledge of S/4
  
  HANA Cloud and other SAP offerings to guide executive-level decisions and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Inspire, mentor, and develop junior colleagues to build high-performing teams.

• Extensive experience in ERP/SAP programme management across all lifecycle phases, ideally within the Consumer industry (e.g. Retail, FMCG, Consumer Goods).
• Ability to influence senior client stakeholders and drive consensus across business and IT functions.
• Expertise in programme governance, risk mitigation, and dependency management.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4
  
  HANA and related technologies.
• Proven leadership of large, distributed teams (onsite, offshore, third-party).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior executives.
