THE ROLE & WHY IT EXISTS

We’re hiring a Director of Digital Marketing
, a pivotal role within our Go-to-Market organisation, to lead our digital strategy and drive measurable revenue growth as we continue to rapidly scale Gravitee.

As our Digital Marketing Director, you will own the strategy, execution, and optimisation of all digital demand-generation efforts. You will build scalable programs that attract, convert, and nurture technical audiences across multiple channels. This is a strategic and hands‑on role for a data‑driven leader who thrives in a fast‑paced SaaS environment and understands how to market to engineering, product, IT, and technical decision makers.

The ideal candidate is strategic, analytical, and creative, with a proven track record in digital marketing, team leadership, and delivering measurable results across multiple channels. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our digital presence and make a significant impact on our ambitious growth plans.

You will report directly to the VP Growth Marketing, and work closely with the entire marketing team – Brand, Product Marketing, and GTM Engineering – as well cross‑functionally with Sales, Product.

A core part of this role is leveraging AI everywhere, not as a side tool, but as a first‑class capability. You’ll use AI tools, automations, and agents to help the digital marketing function move faster and operate smarter. From accelerating campaign buildout, to understanding attribution and performance, generating insights, and maximising ROI on our digital investment to deliver scalable AI‑driven motions, you will champion a culture where AI amplifies human performance across the business.

WHAT

YOU WILL BE DOING
  • Digital Strategy & Leadership
    :

    • Develop and own the global digital marketing strategy aligned with growth goals (revenue and pipeline)

    • Lead, mentor, and scale a high‑performing digital marketing team (paid, SEO, AEO, automation, web).

    • Define KPIs and performance frameworks to measure effectiveness across the funnel.

  • Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth
    :

    • Build multi‑channel demand generation programs that drive SQLs and qualified pipeline.

    • Oversee paid acquisition across search, display, social, retargeting, intent platforms, and ABM tools.

    • Work closely with the GTM engineering team to implement intent‑based and account‑centric digital programs tailored for complex B2B buying cycles.

  • Content‑Driven Growth
    :

    • Partner with product marketing team to define and create assets for the entire funnel.

    • Ensure digital distribution maximises reach and conversion.

  • Marketing Automation Attribution
    :

    • Oversee email marketing, journey building, lead scoring, and behavioural nurture flows.
