We’re looking for an experienced Product Designer to join our team on a 6-month contract, playing a key role in shaping intuitive, impactful user experiences across our digital products. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams — Product, Engineering, Research, and Data — to design elegant solutions that drive measurable value for users and the business.

You’ll be hands‑on in Figma, translating ideas into pixel‑perfect designs, prototypes, and scalable design systems. You’ll also bring a strong grasp of Agile and OKR workflows (AO workflows), ensuring that design output aligns seamlessly with product goals, user needs, and sprint deliverables.

• Design end-to-end user experiences — from discovery and ideation through to final UI — in Figma.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Researchers to define user problems, map journeys, and craft effective design solutions.

• Develop interactive prototypes to communicate design intent and validate usability.

• Contribute to and maintain the design system, ensuring visual and interaction consistency across all products.

• Interpret AO (Agile/OKR) workflows and integrate design activities into the product lifecycle (planning, sprint execution, retrospectives).

• Balance business goals, technical constraints, and user needs to produce practical yet delightful solutions.

• Conduct design reviews and participate in user testing sessions to gather and apply feedback.

• Clearly document design rationale and maintain design specifications to support smooth developer handoffs.

• 3–5+ years of professional Product Design or UX/UI Design experience.

• Advanced proficiency in Figma — including components, auto‑layout, prototyping, and shared libraries.
