Associate Delivery Manager

We are seeking a Delivery Manager to support delivery of our regulatory reporting solutions for multi-jurisdictional financial clients. This role provides the opportunity to independently manage delivery work streams across multiple client engagements and provide structured guidance to teams navigating regulatory and technical challenges.

• Manage delivery across multiple implementation work streams, ensuring alignment to scope and timelines.

• Engage directly with client stakeholders, providing clear and structured updates.
• Work autonomously to manage risks, issues and interdependencies.
• Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams, to include engineering, to maintain momentum and deliver quality outcomes.
• Contribute to refining delivery methodology and improving internal processes.
• Provide informal guidance to junior delivery team members.

• 4+ years' experience in technical delivery, project coordination or consulting within regulatory reporting or Reg Tech, to include SaaS solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with clients in a delivery capacity.
• Strong understanding of data models and their role in reporting and system behaviour.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into actionable delivery activities.
• Strong organisational and communication skills, coupled with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain delivery progress.

• Experience across multiple regulatory regimes.
• Comfort participating in pre-sales or RFP discussions when required.
• Interest in contributing ideas to product or methodology evolution.
• Proficiency in a European language.
