Role Overview
We’re recruiting an experienced Rev Ops Systems Consultant to support a growing SaaS business with a significant CRM and finance systems transformation project.
What You Will DoReview the existing Hub Spot environment, consolidate and migrate customer data, configure Hub Spot, implement and optimize the integration between Hub Spot and Xero, and support future integrations with Service Hub, Data Rails, and other business systems.
Why It Might Be a FitThe ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and integrating Hub Spot CRM, experience delivering CRM migrations, data cleansing, mapping, and consolidation, and a strong understanding of Revenue Operations processes.
Requirements- Strong hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and integrating Hub Spot CRM
- Experience delivering CRM migrations, data cleansing, mapping, and consolidation
- Proven experience integrating CRM platforms with accounting or finance systems, ideally Xero
- Strong understanding of Revenue Operations processes, particularly contracts, billing, and recurring revenue
- Experience with Hub Spot Sales Hub, workflows, custom objects, and automation
- Familiarity with APIs or integration platforms such as Zapier, Make, or Workato
- Ability to independently manage technical implementation activities and deliver against agreed milestones
A hands-on implementation role moving a SaaS business's CRM and finance data onto Hub Spot and Xero, against agreed milestones.
