Underwriter - Medical Malpractice | £60,000-£100,000 + Bonus
Location: City of London (3-4 days per week in the office
)

A leading City of London insurer is seeking a Medical Malpractice Underwriter to join its Global Markets (Non-US) division. This role is ideal for an experienced Med Mal Underwriter or a strong Assistant Underwriter looking to step up.
Role Responsibilities- Underwrite a wide range of Medical Malpractice risks across the UK and Europe.
- Develop and manage the delegated authority portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong broker and cover holder relationships.
- Review and assess new and renewal business, setting pricing, terms and endorsements.
- Identify growth opportunities and contribute to market and portfolio strategy.
- Ensure high standards of underwriting accuracy and documentation.
