They are seeking a Solicitor, or Chartered Legal Executive, to join their celebrated Commercial Real Estate team, advising a diverse range of business types, and in sectors including Leisure & Tourism, Retail, Food & Drink, Healthcare and Professional Services.

• Minimum of two year’s PQE
• Strong expertise as a fee earner, whilst simultaneously establishing and maintaining great client relationships
• Based in Exeter on a hybrid arrangement (2 days WFH after initial settling period)
• High-value client base including Leisure, Food, Retail, Healthcare and Professional Services

You will be working on matters alongside their experienced Legal Advisors as well as expertly running your own caseload. The primary duties of the position will involve landlord and tenant matters (leases, licenses, surrenders, assignments), sales & purchases of both owner‑occupied and investment property, as well as engaging with business development activity.
