This role is based on a flagship contract in a critical environment at Canary Wharf, one of London’s most prestigious business districts.
Role Overview :
As a Workplace Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client’s site. You’ll work closely with the Engineering Team to support day-to-day activities, maintain high standards, and create a positive experience for all building occupants.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Engineering Team with planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
Carry out minor repairs and adjustments to keep the site running efficiently.
Support furniture moves and workspace reconfigurations.
Help with event setups, ensuring spaces are prepared and functional.
Respond promptly to reactive requests, maintaining service excellence.
Contribute to a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for all users.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a facilities or workplace support role is desirable.
Practical skills in basic maintenance and problem-solving.
Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.
A proactive, customer-focused approach with attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a critical environment where reliability and precision are key.
