You’ll be working under the direction of the Duty Manager in the Remedial Team, where you will be the station systems deputy technical lead, the first point of escalation for our Technicians, and be involved with fault‑finding and rectification on CCTV and Public Address systems. The role is based at Pirin Court Depot (E16 4TL) and covers nights (Sunday to Thursday 10 pm – 6 am).

• Be an escalation point for reoccurring faults, Technicians, assisting in the implementation of investigations and fixes.
• Be involved with fault‑finding and rectification on CCTV and Public Address systems.
• Complete planned remedial activities on communications systems against a defined schedule.
• Promote a positive Health and Safety culture.
• Take own initiative, work under pressure and meet tight programme deadlines while maintaining high standards.

• Have experience of CCTV, PA, CIS IP networks and ability to erect scaffold.
• Strong organisational skills, including multi‑tasking and time management.
• Required to work nights, Sunday to Thursday 10 pm – 6 am from Pirin Court Depot.
• IRSE licence for safety‑critical systems.
• Full UK driving licence.
