AC/Refrigeration Engineer Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

Work Order Management:
Efficiently handle PPM and Reactive tasks, meeting contractual benchmarks and SFG 20 standards.

Diagnostic

Skills:

Utilize your expertise to identify and resolve malfunctions, using advanced diagnostic tools and providing detailed reports.

Inventory Management:
Streamline material procurement, identifying shortages and suggesting improvement strategies.

Client Relations:
Build strong relationships with client representatives, ensuring top-notch service delivery.

Safety Awareness:
Proactively identify and mitigate hazards to maintain a secure work environment.

Process Improvement:
Offer insights to enhance processes, improving efficiency and service quality.

End-to-End Ownership:
Manage tasks from start to finish, maintaining meticulous documentation.

Regulatory Compliance:
Keep site F Gas records and logbooks up to date, integrating them into the CAFM system.

Maintenance Expertise:
Conduct repairs and maintenance on A/C and commercial refrigeration units.

Flexibility:
Be available for overtime to handle urgent tasks and meet PPM requirements.

Team

Collaboration:

Work closely with peers and other team members to achieve collective goals.

Requirements

Demonstrated expertise with a minimum of 2 years in AC/Refrigeration engineering.
Relevant qualifications such as Level 3 (6187) NVQ/City and Guilds/Cat 02, along with F Gas Handling and Management (2079) certification.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Familiarity with CAFM systems, preferably on handheld devices.
Attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively.
Dedication to providing exceptional client service.
A growth mindset and willingness to learn.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
