Caretaker, Cleaning Services, Facility Maintenance

Location: Camden Area

We are actively looking for experienced Caretakers with full UK Driving Licence for Estate Caretaking within Camden area.

Hours:

Monday - Friday 8am-4pm (36 hours a week)

Rates: £16.93 per hour

Successful candidates will have previous caretaking experience within a Local Authority environment and will be available to start immediately.

We are looking for candidates with experience only, please only apply if you have caretaking or estate cleaning experience.

The role will include but will not be limited to the following duties:

* Cleaning of stairwells and communal/public areas

* Cleaning duties will include, dusting, disinfecting, sweeping, mopping and cleaning of handrails

* Refuse removal

* Light grounds maintenance duties

* Graffiti removal and cleaning of various types of vandalism

* General maintenance duties, such as changing light bulbs, painting etc

Requirements:

* DBS

* Full UK drivers license

* Report writing & basic IT skills

* Previous experience, however training will be provided
