People Consulting is an integral part of KPMG’s Management Consultancy practice and a growing part of our business. This team helps transform the performance of organisations by changing the way people are led, managed, and developed. We focus on two key areas – delivering the people agenda on large‑scale, complex change programmes and transforming the HR function by technology.

- Support Partners and Directors on approach and manage delivery of client work.
- Support business development and grow revenues from existing work portfolio.
- Use leading‑practice problem‑solving methodologies to address client issues and structure projects.
- Work and collaborate with colleagues from other service lines such as technology, finance, customer, or analytics.
- Deliver high‑quality analysis that combines KPMG expertise and market insight with quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Strong expertise in HR Transformation, Learning Solutions, Organisational Transformation, or Workforce Transformation.
- Experience with core techniques of leadership alignment, case for change, stakeholder identification and management, sequencing for the change programme, communication and engagement, impact assessment, and people transition planning. In technology implementation, experience with user adoption, training and awareness.
- Strong candidates will have experience across all capabilities, but a deeper specialism in one area is also acceptable.
- Understanding of the financial services environment and consulting experience in one or more of the sub‑sectors mentioned above.
- As a Manager, you will lead and manage more junior consultants. Experience in consulting, preferably at a recognised professional services firm or global consultancy, is expected. In‑house consulting experience is also valued.
